Question by Amy L: Can a 2007 Ford Focus pull a uhaul 4×8 trailer from florida to MT?
We are moving from FL to bozeman MT in april and dont really have alot of stuff so we are thinking of just getting a trailer from uhaul will this make are trip more difficult? Any suggestions …?

You’ll have a tough time, especially if you have to go over any mountains in Montana. The Focus really isn’t known for it’s toughness.

Yes. Make sure you have a hitch and wiring for the trailer lights. You might want to let your local U-Haul dealer look over your hitch and wiring, to make sure its right, or if you don’t have one on your car, most dealers will sell you a hitch and put it on for you.

I did check out your car to the 4×8 trailer, and U-Haul gave it a green light.
