Local Dentist goes the extra mile!

It all started with a routine dental cleaning at the new office of the Schmieding Dental Group earilier this year.
The new office located in Four Corners is where I was first introduced to Dr. Daegan Orr and the wonderful staff at this new office.

I have a condition known as Tetracycline stains.

I was so lucky to acquire it at a very young age due to the medication that was given to me as an infant. It later caused permanent graying of my teeth.

I had asked many of the dentist that I have been treated by in the past, if there were anyway possible to get these stains out of my teeth.

The answer for the past 40 years was a resounding NO!

So year after year I stopped asking about this, I figured that maybe one day if I won the Lottery I would be able to afford veneers. It had been years since I thought about it.

So after the cleaning session with Dr.Orr, I did it … I asked if there was any way that I could have white teeth.

He said that he would look into it and let me know.

Now from my past expirence this meant … Forget about It!

Well about a week later, I recieved a call from Dr. Orr and he said he did some research and he found a way to whiten my teeth.

I immediately asked, Yeah but will it work on Tetracycline stains?

Then I heard something that I never thought I would hear in this LIFETIME.

YES!

I was beside myself, but still unsure.

I went in a few days later and Dr. Daegan Orr did a bleach whitening session. Doing the process I coud not see my teeth.

The staff were saying how white they were, and I thought that yeah sure?

MY Teeth are WHITE?

After the session was finished, I was handed a mirror….

It was the moment of truth… And Believe me when I say this ….

I have Hollywood White Teeth!!!

I cannot thank Dr. Orr and the staff for finding a way to do the impossible.

Its called a pontoon boat and that one cost around 1600 but if anyone is thinking of buying one try a single man pontoon boat or a float tube.

With pontoons you can control the boat with fins attached to your feet, while you use two hands to fly fish. Most pontoons give you easy out & in access. Find a shallow spot, move off the seat & stand up, right in the middle of the boat, fish, then get back on the seat to keep going. Canoes are much more streamlined for traveling distance. Toons are much more stable when standing. Trolling motors can be attached to both.

Unable to find decent boot laces locally, I broke down and bought a couple pair of these online. They seem much sturdier than the stuff in the local store and the only complaint that I have is not necessarily relevant to the intended consumer. I wanted them for a couple old pairs of Red Wing work boots; these laces are a little thicker and softer than the original laces for those boots. They seem to be more intended for use in hiking boots which use wire eyelets not work boots where the upper eyelets are actually hooks. I wonder if they will hold up to daily use with this type of boots or will they fray on the hooks. Time will tell and I’ll try to remember to report back.

Edit: (much later…) I would kick these up to five stars if I could. Despite appearing for all the world to be a hiking boot lace they are holding up quite well to use in work boots.
