I worked a 2200 acre ranch outside Springdale Mt. at the foot of the Crazy Mts. I would drive Convicts Grade, (a dirt highway built by convicts from Deer Lodge, St. Pen. to Billings along the Yellowstone River) from Springdale to Livingston, A most beautiful ride. The locals of Paridise Valley call it God’s Country. One of the most beautiful scenic drives in America, Hiway 89 between Livingston and Gardiner, Mt. I lived in that area, 1971 thru 79. I have heard that it is more expensive to live.
Thanks for sharing. I can see the Yellowstone from my mountain top and it can get pretty wild. Love watching the fisherman! It don’t matter how cold it gets, there they are! I love the valley!
hey, I´ve searched for this great first composition, but I still don´t know the componist. somebody said that´s prokovief, but there was nothing under this name. can somebody help me?I have a second question, comparable with the other one: what´s the name and the componist of the waltz before the bagpipes? the video and the music are great, especially the roll with the canoe;D
if you want to know what living in montana is like look at my screen name. lol. Now montana is nothing more than a place for rich californians to come and pretend they’re in the west. the price of real estate in montana is ridiculous, mostly everything is fenced off
Living in Livingston, I can tell you it’s pretty much boring as hell, I like the way this is done, but it doesn’t quite show what living in Montana is like.

Love the movie. I’m seriously considering moving to that part of the country. Scarry move … but exciting at the same time.
