One of our local pilots in Ohio was killed
Does anyone know what the FAA report says about the crash?

I checked the site for the National Transportation Safety Board, which is the federal agency which investigates airplane crashes, and didn’t find anything.

Since the accident obviosuly did occur, it may be possible they simply have not released the incident report yet.
